Run, Megan, Run!

Today the lovely Louise took me for my first ever jog. We jogged round the meadows and I managed not to pass out. Yipee! I'm considering working up to a 5k. I've done plenty of things to challenge myself mentally but not very many physical things and I think it may be time to sort that out. Glorious late afternoon sun helped enormously.

I left my phone at work this evening and it isn't half liberating.
