Evening light

After a long and very wet day - Pippa had to be dropped off at the station at 7.15 am in the poring to for a school trip. They have been very unfortunate with the weather, lots of rain, but I don't think the kids minded... I got another soaking taking Abbie to school.

Anyhow, in the evening the weather cleared up and we even had some sun come out from behind the clouds. Not a moment to soon as this evening we did a little game of petanque as it is Burendag (= neighbour day). This is Abbie whilst running around the petanque course being lit by the evening light...
