Crocus

Well, Roy reminded me that it has been a long time since I filled in my blip journal, these days I look down then lift my head and its six months later, the depression is still around but I have more control over it, its weird because I can feel so confident then somebody can say something or something happens and its away again, all the little niggles start jumping into my head and sometimes they succeed.....anyway the sun has been shinning and the sky is a beautiful red colour as it is going to be a really cold night......so I feel good.....
