Confusion
I often find myself surrounded by befuddlement and confusion. This might be an age thing or it might be a genetic thing, but certainly lately I'm no stranger to it.
As an example, I was driving home tonight, mainly thinking about work, when my mind drifted to what was on the radio. I was convinced it was a radio programme aimed at deaf people, and I though how strange and amusing that was.
After a while, however, I finally realised that it was actually aimed at blind (visually impaired) people and so thought that I hadn't gone mad - until an article came up about all the benefits blind people can claim when we switch our televisions over to digital. So I was confused again - until I thought about it and realised that there are all sorts of visual impairments - and then decided that I must get my eyes tested. I can't think of a worse affliction for a photographer to suffer. Before I knew it, I had arrived home after over two hours and realised I hadn't remembered any of the journey.
I've posted a picture of the top of a drystone wall - I've forgotten why.
