Tiny Butterfly in aBigWorld!
Blipping, while addictive, can also become a source of frustration and anxiety! We have discovered a goat that lives about three miles from our house. Okay,no big deal, right? HA!
One day, while driving up the road, my husband began laughing and asked if we saw the goat in the recliner? Huh? So, husband dutifully turned the truck around and drove back to the house with the recliner with the goat LOUNGING on it in the side yard! I kid you not!
Today, the air is a tad chilly with a brisk wind and so clear, I think one could see for...well...forever! With such brilliant conditions, I was destined...determined...totally confidant I was going to CAPTURE that goat in the recliner.
The goat, on the other hand, had other ideas. As I pulled up to the house, on the opposite side of the road, that goat (who WAS indeed LOUNGING) hopped down from the recliner and began to graze on the grass. End of that shoot!
I came home and was so upset. HOW could that goat let me down like that? I began to look around, trying to find something good outside. These conditions are rare, after all. Desperate, I took a shot of my abundantly blooming azalea. Ugh. Getting really desperate, I took not one, but TWO photos of my own shadow. Shameless...
In my frustration, this wee butterfly flew over near me. Well, thought I...that is better than my other shots! But, it flew away. When it came near once again, I positioned myself on the ground. Aha! Captured!!
Now,the anxiety begins anew. What will I do TOMORROW? Argh.....
