A Fishy Dilemma

So... I bought my daughter a fish tank (she wants a couple of goldfish) on Monday and we've followed on the instructions: Set it up for 3 days, use some fluid to remove the chlorine in the tap water etc. The intention is to buy the actual fish tomorrow.

The problem is that, as you can see, the water has gone a bit cloudy inexplicably. Apparently this is a temporary thing caused by the fluid we put in to clean the water, but I remain unconvinced.

At the moment all we have is a cloudy cube of water with a Tiki Mask standing in it (I had to get one after enjoying Finding Nemo! 'Sharkbait Ooh Ha ha!'), and no fish.

The thing is, keeping goldfish is far more complicated than it was when I was a kid! I remember bringing them home in a bag from the Fair, plopping them in a bowl of tap water and feeding them flakes from time to time. That was it, and they lasted years!

Anyway, I guess we'll see what tomorrow brings..
