For, lo these many moons, I have been saying that if anyone leaves a postage stamp lying around Penrith somebody else will dash in and build a half dozen houses on it.
This lane has been closed off for yonks, only to be re-opened revealing the lengths they will go to. Note the corner encroaching on the roadway.
