Ant Picnic

I think the ants may be having their own picnic... I found these ants and took several photos, once I uploaded them I realized there were more critters on the leaves. I googled aphids & ants and read where ants may like the aphids for sugar snacks, ewww... I'm not sure that's exactly what is going on here. If these are aphids they have got to go though. I've been wanting to find more bugs to photograph, I'd better be careful what I wish for :D
