Alone in a Crowd

Took some photos today at a marathon race. It struck me that even though you are in amongst thousands of people you are also entirely alone. This seemed even more true as they predominantly ran with ipods and earphones so were in their own worlds right from the start. I wanted to isolate someone to show both of these things, the crowdedness and also the aloneness. This is the best result.
My son was in the race, but being a stroppy teenager does not want me to publish his photo.
