Spear Chucker!

First athletics meet this year due to Eldest's broken foot. Today it was javelin, hurdles and unexpected relay, in the sunny climes of Grangemouth!
Lots of new experiences today for the eldest and a steep learning curve but he loved it all. He is competing at under 15 level and it makes you realise the physical change that takes place in such a short space of time. Some of his fellow competitors were huge!
Unexpected dinner around at S and D's tonight, with J.K and N.

All very tired tonight and a busy week ahead, sleep is calling.......:)
