caramel shortbread

Lacking in photos today. Cycled to church and back this morning and was concentrating on going fast (and avoiding the idiot who overtook me then slammed on her brakes to turn left into her drive but then waited for me to go past before actually pulling into the drive) rather than looking for things to photograph. Then it rained for the rest of the day.
