Hobo fox

Up at the crack of dawn (-ish) this morning, to do the second of our annual Bird Walk surveys. No rare or unusual birds were spotted, but we recorded the highest number of starlings that we've seen, and plenty of goldfinches too.
It was great watching a family of three foxes walk along the railway line. They all delicately balanced along the rail itself...

M headed to Milton Keynes in the afternoon, and I'll be finishing off some of the food left from Saturday's party, then an early night...
