Fistral Beach on a Monday

What another glorious day here in Cornwall. Mum and her husband were both working today so it was lovely to get out with just the two of us and the dogs - as lovely as it is to spend the time with mum though!

We hit Newquay as we both wanted Fish and Chips from Truscotts and they were well worth the 40 minute drive. I took an ace pic of a surfer who was walking along the beach and I was lying down so it was from low down, very good for me! But Mum chose this one of Casper taking five minutes - the background is Fistral. We also walked from the Headlands Hotel along the coastal path to the harbour, the boys got all stinky fishy whilst there in the water!

We have spent alot of the day talking about our move to Cornwall. We simply cannot wait. Although we said it will be in 2015, I wouldnt be surprised if we did it earlier. I am already planning what our holiday lets will be like, we are both so excited and drive around Cornwall constantly wondering where we will set up home as we have no chosen destination as yet. I will be sad to leave Tamworth but...........

We have decided to go The Royal Cornwall Show on Thursday (I was swayed by a Tweet from Kirstie Allsop saying she is there on Thursday - the lady off Location, Location,Location). Something different.....or am i getting old!!!!!!!!!!
