Heaven

We drove down to the Lakes today for the start of our holidays. The weather was amazing (especially considering the forecast). It was a nice journey. Arrived at the hotel (which we'd booked just an hour before we set off) to find that they only had 'superior' rooms left. "Oh what a shame, I guess we'll just have to take the massive room with stunning views and a whirlpool bath then". AMAZING!

Dumped our bags and headed straight for the garden for afternoon tea! Then a walk into Bo'ness to get our bearings. A beer in the sun, then decided to stay out for tea too. This is the life. I'm off to give the whirlpool bath a, erm, whirl.
