For Margaret

In the midst of all that has been going on during the last couple of weeks, I sadly lost a friend after a brave fight against cancer. Today we joined the family to remember and give thanks for her life.

We often met during my weekly shop, and had many a good blether as we moved between the aisles of fridges and shelves.

My last overseas visitor left today and he is off to walk the West Highland Way. I have a week before my next guest arrives. Perhaps I should give up the day job and open a guest house.
