Had an evening out which was tempered by the fact my Dad is Ill. I managed to speak to my Dad today, but it was obvious that he was in a lot of pain. The chemo he has been having is no longer working and the Cancer has spread to his right shoulder and left hip as well as the spine.

He has Acute Myloid Leukaemia which resulted in him having a stem cell transplant 6 years ago which was successful, but had secondary cancer in the bones. Two years ago it reached his spine. And now this ...

Mum has had a better day, even though my parents divorced some years ago, they remain friendly, and I think the news about my dad has contributed to her being a little quiet today.

Shaki has dealt with everything today as Mentally I am too damn tired. Spent much of the day in bed as I am shattered. It feels like every time things start settling down, something else rears it's head. So today I am giving in to the fact I need some time out. Normal business will be resumed tomorrow, but for now my brain hurts.

On the upside, Sonbon was in fine form last night and it was good to catch up and see her having a good time ;-) xx
