Toms

I am now the envy of both my wife and daughter and the proud owner of a pair of Toms.

Birthday today and one of my gifts from my dear wife is a pair of Toms - shoes that is. No ordinary shoes however but, according to both Mrs DD and Bananablip, the most comfortable pair of shoes I will ever wear.

Plus, the promise of the makers, to give a pair of shoes to a needy child somewhere in the world.

So, once I have exchanged them as these are a shade too small for me, every time I wear them I will know that someone, somewhere in the world is wearing a similar pair.

What a great idea is that!

PS - I think Mrs DD would secretly like a new pair too.
