Three Fishes

Lovely evening stroll around Shrewsbury as the weather decided not to be nasty to us after all and as we had spent most of the day, between showers, doing some more tidying up in the garden.
Bagged another three Geocaches, tried a new -to us- Indian restaurant and then had a swift half in one of our favourite town centre pubs in Fish Street, just off Grope Lane. And yes, they are real street names.
The Three Fishes is a favourite for a number of reasons. It was a non-smoking bar long before The Ban. It does not have a juke box or other form of piped music. And if course, it sells a good selection of real ales. A nice way to round off a good but tiring day.
Home for coffee and maybe another wee scotch to celebrate!
