What a Surprise!

We braved the elements today to take part in the first of the Bank Holiday Mixed Golf Competitions. It was sunny but very cold so we put on plenty of layers. There were a few light hail stones for a minute or two but not enough to wet us. To our amazement we both played well (not usual when we are playing together) and actually won. The icing on the cake was a two on one of the short holes. It was the only two of the day so we got to win all the balls. 12 each. A lovely end to the Easter holiday.
