Red was on my mind today. And not because it's almost February. I have a great relationship with the color- I feel like we go back pretty far- back into boarding school. I think it became the warmth I wanted or needed when I couldn't find it somewhere else. So, my walls and canvases and sketchbooks were absorbed with this warmth. I just kept them near to me as a substitute.

So I guess Red is always on my mind.
