Mutant Frog-spawn Invades UK
A new form of red frog spawn has become endemic throughout the UK, with recordings as far north as the Sheltland Islands and the Scilly Isles in the south west. Scientists are blaming the unseasonally dry spring.
It is thought that rather than hatching into tadpoles the spawn is taking on a life of it's own in the egg stage, with the usual jelly like covering that protects the eggs, developing its own blood supply.
An alternative theory is that Anne has spent the last 3 days processing the latest 150 Hotels and Bed and Breakfast businesses that have registered with Get Back to Meand dealing with a huge number of enquiries.
This is the most likely reason for the lack of comments and interaction in Blip land, for which she apologises.
Day off tomorrow to go to Royal Ascot - yippeeeeeee.
