A break in the weather

Another day in a busy weekend. Why is it you do nothing for months then three events come in one weekend!!!
It was S's 70th birthday celebrations today. A lovely meal with the family and her friends. Usual madness with our family so a great day was had.
Lots of birthday pics taken but I liked the colour in this. Both S and D had spent weeks in the garden in preparation for this day and the weather was terrible. Sadly we didn't get sitting out to enjoy their labours but I had to blip it to mark the occasion :)
