Most mornings on my way to treatment I stop in at Emerald bakery for a coffee. This has become part of my routine and I either tie it in with a walk or some shopping or both. If I dont have too much on during the day I can get home by about 12.30 or 1pm and have lunch and a bit of a rest. And ofcourse when I do get home, little Georgina is so excited and welcoming, I usually cave in to guilt and take her for a walk!
