Greg and Joe are away camping over the long weekend down at one of our favourite places, Wilsons Prom. I am staying home with Jack as he is deep in study mode, this being his final year of secondary school and assignments have to be in and exams studied for.
Had a delightful afternoon with a visit from my mum, sister and two of my nieces and we all cooked dinner together.
My sister Ireen made olives and haloumi wrapped in cheese pastry. Divine!
For dinner we had middle eastern lamb parcels with braised fennel and salad.
Followed by cups of tea and chit chat around the fire. Lovely way to spend the day! :)
