Love is a rose

Took one picture today (so far - well, took 9 but deleted the other 8, experiments that didn't work) but I have several versions after messing around with it. Got this effect simply by reducing saturation and contrast. Don't know what I'd call the effect apart from 'vaguely old fashioned' but I like it.
