Lane

Did parkrun at Camperdown again on a driech day which saw not as many runners out as usual - but I found the running good on my 'proper' return after hurting my ankle 4 weeks ago, and the new shoes helped me take 106 seconds off my time (and in spite of my best efforts still didn't look too muddy at the end). Mrs RT was a bit slower today as she's recovering from a cold but still got round well.
In the afternoon we had a walk in Fife, mostly on the Fife coast path filling a bit we hadn't done on the stretch between Newport and Newburgh. Precious little coast in this bit! We started between the delightfully-named Glenduckie and Dunbog.
At least in this weather the yellow of the broom stands out in the dark tunnel of the lane.
