Concorde flies again

The citizens of Tollcross here in Edinburgh have been celebrating the re-opening of the Concorde Takeaway Bar after a six month makeover.

During this awful period we were forced to eat healthy food such as vegetables and pasta.

Six months is a long time to not have a local fish and chip shop. I defy anyone to live under such circumstances.

I was especially pleased to notice it was open again as I staggered back home that night after having attended the Scottish Real Ale Festival.

The resultant photo is a little blurred due, in part, to my inebriated condition.
