'She's a Barbie girl in a Barbie world....'

Well just for a weekend! The original 1980's Pop Star Barbie was the inspiration for the outfit and I am told all that is missing now is the gold, hand held microphone!

Well it has been a hectic day filled with mixed emotions. Grace has gone now and we had fun taking the photo, but she was not the only one to depart. Sadly, Tosca, our beloved cat of over 20 years of age was put to sleep this morning. It is 18 months since her sister Mimi went. She really had come to the end of the road but it is never an easy decision. It helped that the vet said the time was right.

We have had one or both of our offspring here every weekend since the middle of May and now we will have a weekend to ourselves with not even a cat - the first time for many many years.
