Changing of the Sign!!

Today I walked the trail to North Park. It was really fun! As I approached this sign from the back, I noticed paper trailing from the top, then I saw feet walking along the platform. When I got to the other side of the sign, this picture is what I saw. I was amazed!! I had to make sure the man was tethered to something--I was relieved when I saw he was attached!

As I returned home, the sign was completely finished--an advertisement for a health care system! I wish I knew how it was attached--I've seen the taking down!!!
