Teamwork

Today we woke up to nice blue sky and sunshine again.

We took a walk up the hill close to our cottage with Kerr in the backpack on kerrsdaddy's back. Great views of the Summer Isles.

Came home and made a picnic lunch then headed to Achnahaird beach. Kerr was super excited to have a paddle in the freezing cold sea and got a bit over enthusiastic and soaked himself. Hence no trousers by the time I took this photo!

We took a bucket and spade with us, but Fudge proved to be a much better digger than the tiny spade would have been. The two of them played quite happily for ages. Fudge digging away furiously and Kerr throwing handfuls of sand back in the hole again.

Kerr then insisted on laying out lots and lots of pebbles on the big rocks, for the birdies to eat :-)
