Since I've lived in this house (OCT 2000) I've borrowed a hedge trimmer every summer for the small hedge at the front of my house.
My mom always said (or our neighbour Mrs. Mercanti always said...) "if you have to borrow something more than once, go buy your own!!"

This is a good rule to live by but for some reason I always borrowed a hedge trimmer.

Until today.....I finally went and bought my own!!! And it cost all of $35.00!!!

So I trimmed the hedge, cut down a dead tree and sat outside in the beautiful sun and did some knitting!!........what a day:))
