Today was Knit in Public Day. A nice bunch of the knitting crowd went down to the beach to celebrate and eat and knit. It was a great day. I got some sun but not too much!
The pics I took of the knitters were.....well.....horrid!....so here is a sweet little boy trying his first bite of a butter tart. I'd say he really, really liked it. His mom is a wonderful knitter who is having a hard time finding time to knit with two small boys and a full time job. Her knitting will be there patiently waiting for her when she has time to pick it up again.
