Colourful Fruit and Vegetables

At Les Halles of Orléans.

French displays of fruit and vegetables always look so bright and appetising. I have closed in here on part of the display. And finally, in this shot we go close-up.

Naturally, and as usual, I took many photographs of fine displays of fresh fish, but I thought that these lobsters in a tank might make an interesting change.

This bit of tourism followed a Very Tough Meeting with my French colleagues! As you can see, we needed to continue the discussions in an animated way . My friend pointing his finger at me is flanked by the two co-Chairmen of the Council, and he is raising his glass to Lady Sharwenka.
