Muscles

I've no idea where they come from. They're rare in our family. Actually I do know where they come from; months and even years of lifting weights in the garage at the bottom of the garden. My son takes his fitness very seriously. He knows things about the metabolic system that would put a Men's Health journalist to shame.

Personally I like the macho gloves, but they'd look silly on a wimp like me.
