Cream cracker
I have enjoyed Cream Cracker biscuits since when I was young. I used to make sandwiches by spreading some butter and sugar between two biscuits. Now I like it with coffee. But the makers haven't quite been consistent with them.
I prefer the lightly baked ones. But after one good batch another arrives which is overly done, making them an entirely different type of biscuit.
