I tell you what, see if you get to bed late, are repeatedly woken up through the night and end up sleeping on a wooden floor for a couple of hours beside a not terribly well and very unsettled toddler, what is one of the worst things you could do?

Go for a big curry lunch!

I took that challenge and only just survived it. The afternoon was altogether rather difficult to stay awake through. Must say though, it was worth it to partake in mosque kitchen lunches and interesting chat with like minded persons.
