Tapestry
I quite enjoyed todays photoshoot (see Monday), but the results are pretty poor. I think I may have to suggest they keep their money.... Struggled with the light in the room where casual reception shots were taken (floor to ceiling windows on two walls, yet very dark inside) and in the actual prizegiving, I was misinformed about how they would come up to get their prizes, and the Dean wandered about the stage meeting them wherever they came across, and bending down to shake their hands instead of letting them up on the stage, so most of them had their backs to me!
That's the excuses - to be honest I'm pretty poor at this sort of thing anyway so not sure I could have done much better. This is why I don't take photos of people.
Anyway, this is part of a French tapestry from about 1920, something to do with the diocese of Dunkeld. Quite nice.
