Self portrait with shaving foam

I have always hated shaving. I resent it. But beards make me look older. So I grapple each day with the stubble and think about the cost of being clean shaven. But I do like the lighting in our bathroom; I like the shadows and forms that it creates on my head and shoulders.

Ordered a new lens yesterday - 11-16mm. Can't wait to get it. Am off to Israel in August and want something wide. I also have a project in mind that would mean enlisting the aid of several work colleagues.

That's the good thing about shaving. Thinking time...
