Geranium
The last stop on our gastronomic tour of Copenhagen was Geranium. The chef won the Bocuse d'Or this year. The restaurant held a 'rising' Michelin star at it's previous location - but it was (automatically) removed when they relocated the restaurant. They are expected to receive their second star when the guide is next released.
The food was, again, exceptionally good and wonderfully presented. Here one of the dishes we both really enjoyed - Lightly smoked Danish peas with a new potato and lovage "soup".
Thankfully Steph had her DSLR with her so we have some far better photos to remember the food by :-)
Tomorrow we're flying back home.
