Noma

Tonight we ate at Noma - current holder of the number one spot in the "World's 50 Best Restaurants", two Michelin stars and considered by many at the forefront of the modernist cuisine movement. The food and service was incredible. Dinner consisted of 11 "snacks" followed by a 12 course tasting menu.

After the meal we were given a tour of the kitchens by one of the Sous-Chefs, who is also from Yorkshire - really interesting.

A real once-in-a-lifetime treat (unless I win the lottery, in which case I'll be booking a regular slot :-)).
