Starry Night

This evening I attended a Zumba class. I've been after going to one for months now but the one at my gym is always full as people pre-book for the following week the minute they finish the class and another possibility, where one of my work colleagues goes, is in a town where the traffic is horrendous at rush hour. So the one I finally got to go to is a new one at my son's school so it's on the doorstep for me. It was crazy, energetic fun. I texted a friend to say I'd completed the Zumba class and was now the colour of a tomato. She texted back and said, that was good because after she does a Zumba class she is purple!! I know a school hall full of women with faces the colour of a rainbow would be a great blip but I don't fancy being hung, drawn and quartered.

The tranquility of my bed was much appreciated tonight.
