Through The Arched Window...

Had a session at the gym this morning which was quite brave of me considering that the Zumba class yesterday evening made me discover muscles in places I didn't know I had them.

Also had a trip to buy Lewis a tv for his bedroom....now to fix it on the wall and sort out an aerial extension...watch this space!

Having a bit of a blip dry spell so I ventured out in my car and got this. I like the refection of the clouds and the little flower shaped window inside the church (St Peters, Belmont).
