Five things

Trout and badges

1. Frantically battering through the huge amount of work that still needs done. Delegation kicks in and I remember that the people I work with are exceptional and can do some of these things far quicker than I can.

2. We have a staff lunch of a very tasty curry. After we've eaten I present the project to all the staff. This was necessary and a pleasure to do. There are only a few people who have known the magnitude of what we are up to. Now we all know.

3. Back from lunch and time for a quick interview on the phone with the Herald.

4. Hard to get back to work but there's fun and games when the merchandise starts to arrive - badges, brollies and cagoules.

5. My evening ends with a text from our Artistic Director, fresh from her interview on Radio 2 to talk about the project which said this 'You're brilliant and revolutionary and I thank you.'
