LMP

1. One of my very favourite things to do is have a long lie on a Sunday and watch Coronation Street on catch up.

2. I carry on watching but start tidying and cleaning. Nothing like visitors to focus the mind.

3. The rest of the afternoon is spent researching how to make lemon meringue pie and reading out the instructions during the preparation.

4. Ewa and Colin's dad arrive for dinner, which is lovely.

5. The pie is a triumph and the day well spent.
