School Barn Dance

This is our Parents' Association Barn Dance - something we've tried to run before but not sold enough tickets. Tonight's dance was great - about 90 people, a fantastic band and a ploughman's supper.

We clapped, stripped the willow, swung our partners, do-si-doed and generally had a good time. Two of my friends from work came - one is Scottish and an accomplished and enthusiastic dancer. I think some of the older chaps were quite taken with her!

I won first prize in the raffle and came home with 6 bottles of white wine.

I took lots of photos for the PA website - I like this one because you can see the movement of the dancers and lots of smiling faces.
