Lesser Stichwort

In my attempt to teach myself to identify the wildflowers that grow within a radius of about two miles of home (another self-imposed rule is that I have to walk to find them), I've largely avoided most of the flowers that are yellow or white. It seemed at the outset that there were too many and they were quite difficult to remember. Perhaps I'll make that a task for next year. However as I only had five minutes free today. and wioth the light starting to go, I've opted for Lesser Stichwort -a very abundant, tiny white flower that resembles the Greater Stichwort that we see in spring.

Thank you to everyone who commented on my blip from yesterday
