Jazz in the park

Oh my - such a hot day.My son got picked up ay 8am to go to a birthday party. A whole day of paint balling. I spent most of the day gardening (potting the plants that I bought weeks ago). The girls didn't want to go outside - they complained it was too hot !
Late in the afternoon, we went to Bushy Park to the Jazz in the Park festival. We took a picnic and a chilled bottle of wine. We picked up some friends along the way. A perfect way to spend a summer evening.
My son didn't get back from his paint balling party until 6pm. He came and met us in the park on his bike. The kids are very tired tonight - they had a very late night last night.
