Rounders

My first attempt at sports photography, and miraculously I seem to have caught the lady running and the ball flying through the air. What fun.

This mixed-age group were gamely playing rounders in the hot sunshine in Stanmer Park, next to Sussex University campus. It struck me as a very English scene in front of the village church.

I got a better shot lined up involving gravestones as foreground for the rounders players, but they stopped playing.
