Sleepover

Alana was promised a sleepover as part of her birthday and today was the day. In the morning we had her end of term concert with the Pontefract Music Centre. The building they practice in at the college is being knocked down next week so the year is cut short and they don't meet again until September. I hope she does a bit of practice between now and then. As for the concert itself, what the kids lacked in musical skill was more than made up for in parental pride.

So in the afternoon we were joined by four of Alana's school friends. It went well, and I judge that by the lack of falling out. Louis had a wonderful and basically spend the evening showing off.

This is the cake we had after their KFC Bargain Bucket. Before the compliments on the baking start flooding in I should state that it's a bought cake.
