Shitake Gardening

C and I visited a few of the homes on the Sustainable Connections Home and Landscape Tour today, and came home with house envy. We also saw one of the gardens, and I was intrigued by this method of growing shitake mushrooms. If you view the photo large you'll be able to read how it's done. I'm going to give it a try.
